Our team started the match with great intensity. As early as the 4th minute, ETO FC took the lead. After building up play on the left side, the ball reached Vitális in front of goal, but our captain did not shoot; instead, he played it out wide to Schön. The winger delivered an excellent cross, and the arriving Bumba fired into the net.

After that, we could have quickly increased our advantage: Vitális, Gavric and Bumba all had chances. In the 14th minute, at the end of Topolya’s first real attack, Bosic equalised. In first-half stoppage time, our team regained the lead: Megyeri played a fine ball through to Njie, who made the most of the opportunity.

The second half began at a slightly slower pace than the first. This period of the match was characterised by few chances and plenty of midfield play. Then, in the 40th minute, our left side came alive again: Bumba and Stefulj combined brilliantly, and the latter’s cross found Gavric, who made no mistake from close range.

The head coaches on both sides made several changes. The end of the match then became much livelier, especially after Topolya pulled one back: in the 53rd minute, Milosavic finished nicely into the net. The score did not change after that, and our team defeated its second Serbian opponent of this year’s pre-season.
